检测系统工作原理
基于感应检测技术
Sesotec 金属检测系统不仅可用于检测铁或磁性材料,系统同时采用电磁感应的发射器/接收器技术,可覆盖用于各类金属的检测。金属检测器在工作过程中产生恒定电磁场,有金属通过时,磁场受到干扰,系统随后会将所检测到的干扰信号标记为金属物。
数字信号分析
控制模块的内置软件会对所标记的信号做出分析。由于产品固有导电性可能会改变所标记的信号,分析时,软件须能够将金属污染物与环境或产品本身的干扰有效的加以区分。
对此,我们的控制系统采用了复杂算法来分析信号和信号的参考值。参考值可以是预设值,也可以在当前操作过程中设定。该方法可防止触发错误报警,并有效识别金属污染物。如果检测到污染物,模块(取决于配置)会向过程控制器发送信号,激活下游剔除装置,通知操作人员,并将事件输入到相关日志中。
低损耗分离
